We will issue a full refund if:
- A duplicate charge occurs due to a technical error
- You request a refund within 7 days of payment, and no material benefit has been received (in line with Swedish/Danish consumer law requirements on right of withdrawal for digital or association services)
- We are required to do so by applicable law
To request a refund, email us at the contact address at the bottom of these Terms, stating your full name, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for your request. Refund requests are processed within 10 business days.
Refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer and may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear.
