& GOVERNANCE
Öresund Patrol is governed by a board of directors drawn from its core operational crew. This governance structure keeps decision-making grounded in operational reality. The board holds responsibility for ÖP's strategic direction, financial oversight, and compliance across both the Swedish and Danish entities. It is supported by an advisory structure and a growing scientific network. Together, they are responsible for ÖP delivering on its mission.
Our crew, board, and partners are 50/50 Swedish and Danish - by design.
We see the Öresund/Øresund as a bond, not a boundary; the Strait is the place we work hardest to understand and protect.
